I don't know....does this traffic lady look like she's trying to escape being run down by a wayward automobile?

She's rushing to get away, but it looks like the car is turning right and will miss her. I wonder if there's some kind of penalty for trafficgirl endangerment?

In North Korea, it may be a death penalty.

Wouldn't this picture show that this traffic girl is being derelict in her duties?? Running from traffic and not directing it?? THAT could be cause for the death penalty.

My guess is that since there's no traffic circle and she has no baton, she was off-duty and either walking to or from her post - she was taken by surprise.

Maybe it's one of those disgruntled boyfriends that was mentioned on another thread around here.
