This is the second picture I've seen of a DHL van in Pyongyang. A delivery from Amazon.dprk???

But I doubt they're delivering big-screen tvs in a van like that.

Bamboo rice cookers are probably their main deliveries.

Or maybe Arirang costumes and placards - that would keep them busy.

It could be that NK has just one DHL truck and they have it endlessly drive around just to make it appear that Pyongyang is a glorious business hub.
