lol - I think it's just a girl IN traffic. High heels, no uniform...... although if she suddenly started giving traffic commands, who could disobey her?

Perhaps....but on Google Picasa, the caption of the picture stated she is a traffic girl. She does have some kind of a sash which may be part of a uniform. She does, of course, have nice legs
