Now that's what I call a concise article. I did learn that this is year 98, though. Rolling Eyes

It says that the platforms have electric heaters in them for heating the feet during winter, but I remember reading on some site that the platforms are being removed for the winter, which is puzzling. I suppose they would be difficult for snow plows to plow around. That's assuming the DPRK has snow plows.
