Everybody loves the traffic ladies. That bottom picture TG is lovely.

I wonder why they wear white boots on wet streets here, wouldn't the passing cars be splashing dirt on them?

Ive noticed the white boots before, on other trafficgirls with rain ponchos, like the one in the gallery.

I think the white boots are worn for style. They may be phasing them in.
