I wonder why they wear white boots on wet streets here, wouldn't the passing cars be splashing dirt on them?

Ive noticed the white boots before, on other trafficgirls with rain ponchos, like the one in the gallery.

Very nice. Not only is the last picture a superb-looking traffic lady, but I like how you can see all her pins. Excellent.
